Sink into a meditation for 20 minutes to reset and recharge.  No experience necessary.  There will be ongoing sessions from 12:30-3:30 hosted by All that Matters Yoga & Wellness Center.

Participate in a FREE 30 minute yoga class offered by All That Matters Yoga + Wellness and Bottega Yoga.   

ALL Ages.  No experience necessary!
