Day of the Event - Volunteer Positions
Setup and Tear Down of Booth Tents (4+ people)
Two 10x10 and two 10x20 booths need to be set up by 11:30am and taken down at 5:30pm. Also help participants as needed. Looking for a crew of people. Setup shift (10-11am). Tear Down Shift (5:30-6:30pm). Any help is appreciated :)
Traffic flow assistance for artists to set up their booth (2+ people)
This position starts at 9:30am until 12pm.
A Few Weeks BEFORE the Event - Volunteer Positions
Distributing Promotional Materials Around Town
Drop off postcards at various businesses and put up posters in visible locations.
Post on Social Media to Promote the Event
Each day, promote a different healing artist or peace maker that will be at the event
